We have facilities for CNC Milling, Wire Cut and EDM as well as the latest CAD\CAM software to cut down on development times. Our team of mold designers and CNC programmers is well equipped to undertake a wide variety of development projects. We use imported steel for core and cavity inserts and employ vacuum hardening processes to increase lifetime of the tooling. The APQP process is integral to our project execution.
